Carmine Mistichelli

Chief Operating Officer / Partner

Carmine Mistichelli is the President of Fidelity Mechanical Services, a Fidelity Building Services Group company. Carmine joined the organization in 1997 as a field team member, learning the fundamentals of Fidelity, as well as the HVAC industry. His experience in the field spans more than 20 years.

In his current role at Fidelity, Carmine oversees day-to-day business operations, provides short- and long-term strategic planning and manages business development opportunities by working with investors, developers, owners, and management companies of various sizes and complexities.

Carmine’s ingenuity in business and commitment to providing Fidelity customers with Proactive, World-Class Service has secured the organization as a leader in the HVAC and mechanical services industries. His business acumen and management skills have contributed to the company’s growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with headquarters in Sparks, Maryland and offices in Beltsville, Maryland and Ashburn, Virginia.

An avid philanthropist, Carmine was the 2017 recipient of the Salvation Army of Central Maryland’s Community Commitment Award. He is also a donor to the Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) and served on the Board of Directors at the United Way of Central Maryland. He currently serves on the board of the Community College of Baltimore County’s (CCBC) HVAC program.

Carmine graduated Cum Laude from Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. In 2017, he earned a Certificate of Professional Development in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Bernadette Scarborough

Vice President of Service Operations / Partner

Bernadette Scarborough is Fidelity Mechanical Services’ Vice President of Service Operations. Based out of the Ashburn, Virginia office, Bernadette’s main objective is to enhance the organization’s Customer Service Program and advance the mission of Fidelity Mechanical Services’ promise of Proactive, World-Class Service. Additionally, Bernadette leads service managers and administrative Team Members, launches training programs, and creates operational efficiencies by standardizing and stabilizing processes and procedures.

As Vice President of Mechanical Services Operations, Bernadette has responsibility over the Ashburn, Virginia, Beltsville and Sparks, Maryland offices. Prior to her current role, Bernadette was an Executive Administrative Director, where she was responsible for directing and coordinating all office services and related activities.

To further enhance her exemplary leadership skills, Bernadette earned a High-Performance Leadership certificate from Cornell University, a six-course curriculum that is part of Cornell’s SC Johnson College of Business. Bernadette has been a member of the Fidelity Mechanical Services team since 1998, where she started her career as a Service Coordinator.


Todd Clingan

Vice President of Mechanical Contracting Operations / Partner

As the Vice President of Mechanical Contracting Operations, Todd has responsibility over numerous divisions — including Contracting, Tenant Improvement, and Prefabrication — for the Fidelity Mechanical Services Sparks, Maryland location, as well as the Contracting groups for the Ashburn, Virginia and Beltsville, Maryland divisions. His top priorities are to ensure the company continues to evolve its aggressive safety procedures, improve field efficiency, oversee talent acquisition, and adopt modern technologies that will further Fidelity Mechanical Services’ commitment to offering the most advanced products and services to its customers. He also ensures that each client and project receive the organization’s approach to Proactive, World-Class Service.

Prior to his current role, Todd was a Director of Operations, where he oversaw day-to-day construction operations as they pertained to the organization’s Beltsville and Ashburn locations. This included managing multiple construction projects and a highly skilled team of over 100 Team Members.

Todd started in the HVAC/Mechanical Construction industry back in 2001 and has been with Fidelity Mechanical Services since 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winthrop University. Todd serves on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army of Central Maryland.


Brian Krug

Vice President of Engineering

Brian Krug serves as the Vice President of Engineering for Fidelity Mechanical Services. In this position, Brian oversees Fidelity’s highly skilled team of engineers and design/build professionals, ensuring that each project is designed and serviced with the utmost level of quality and care.

Brian brings to his role 30 years of HVAC industry experience, as well as 20 years of Mechanical Engineering experience. Brian is a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction and holds a Professional Engineering Licensure in Florida, North Carolina, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Pennsylvania, Texas and Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
